Fairies in Flowers Purple Mini Quilt (blonde)

This Fairy in Flowers Mini Quilt can be used as an art quilt to decorate any wall, as a snack mat, or even a mouse pad. It has hanging pockets on the top corners and can easily be hung using an appropriate length dowel. The item depicts a fairy--with a few sparkles--frolicking in a garden. This quilt started with fabric printed with Fairies and flowers. I used most of what I bought to make the first quilt I ever sold on Etsy.  Now I am using up what's left for wall hangings. The item is quilted using an ornamental stitch in the borders and a meander stitch in the field. I used a purple batik backing, and bound in a stripey batik. This piece is bound with double fold French binding, sewn on by machine--a very sturdy finish. Quilt will ship priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance in the USA. Item is washable by hand with gentle soap and laid flat to dry. All my items are made in a tobacco-free, fragrance-free, pet-friendly studio in Boise, Idaho.
