This small quilt is still somewhat mighty, since it has a heat-resistant batting in the center. That makes it useful as a trivet on your table under a hot casserole.
The table topper measures 19 inches long and 7.75 inches wide and is constructed using green, red, and beige batiks. Insulbrite* batting makes it heat resistant. The backing of this piece is also a batik in reddish brown. The double fold binding is a striped batik applied by machine and sewn down by hand. Item is washable in cool water on gentle cycle. Dry flat or tumble dry low (may shrink slightly).
My items are constructed in a perfume-free, tobacco-free, dog-friendly studio. That means there may be the odd dog hair, but your items should smell fresh. All my items are shipped via USPS with tracking information and insurance.
